Springwell is seeking a creative, hard-working program manager to lead our largest program: Information and Consultation. This program is a free information, referral and consultation service staffed by expert specialists who are knowledgeable about the public and private resources available.

POSITION DESCRIPTION

Our specialists maintain a resource database of programs and services and then share that information through a variety of channels. People talk with our trained, empathetic I&R Specialists who assess their needs in a non-judgmental manner, to help them understand their situations and empower them to make informed decisions about possible solutions. The Program Manager will help us grow our program into a regional leader.

QUALIFICATIONS

Haves: love of dynamic environments, ability to see the big picture while not losing sight of the details, capacity to lead by example, love of information (searching for it, organizing it, sharing it), need to help others, sense of humor, outgoing personality that can both hold people accountable and coach staff to success. And a Master's degree and plenty of leadership experience.
